My son and I just spent a week at the school of rock in Scottsdale with Siggi and Michelle and I can’t say enough positive things about our experience there. Wonderfully devoted to learning, collaboration and the performance arts, they guided us through instruction and performance and we were able to put on a “show” within a week! Thanks guys for making a father’s dream come true.
Thanks to their knowledge, experience and love for music, Megan and Shane enabled my sons to take their own love of Rock and turn it in to a passion; however, even more importantly the friendship and mentoring that Megan and Shane offer their students has contributed to my sons growth as human beings. The vibe at the School of Rock is all Rock, and the community they develop is safe and supportive. A great place for your child to become a musician, an even better place for your child to discover him or herself.
all around great for all age and skill levels the camps/preforming groups are fun af and the instructors are top notch they also have a great community no matter how old you are. 10/10

I really enjoy being a Guitar and Beginner Piano Instructor at Flagstaff School of Music, especially Group Guitar! The family atmosphere is conducive to simulate students into an extended family. The School is geared toward performance which builds confidence and poise in the student, experience that will pay off in any career down the road. The regular live casual performances during the Eastside Show at The White Dove Coffee Shop next door is a lot of fun for the student and family. You are in business for yourself but not by yourself. Bonnie and Terry, the owners, can truly say they have walked in your shoes and they know just how to help you grow your own business within a business. I highly recommend the school for any Instructor, whether it is guitar, piano, voice, drums or any other musical instrument!
I started by sending my kids to the Flagstaff School of Music, and they loved it. Years later, Terry Alan inspired me to start taking guitar lessons as an adult. And, I simply love it. I find the lesson to be relaxing. He’s low-key and lets me learn at my own pace. I’m slowly learning and finding a love for music at the same time. I HIGHLY recommend taking music lessons at this music school
I started taking music lessons about 8 months ago, never having played anything before. I really never considered myself musical, and I couldn’t even read music, but Terry is really patient and I’m so happy with my progress! FSM is very accommodating with schedules, offers a variety of instruments to learn, and the teachers are very talented, accommodating, and SO good at what they do! Highly recommend 🙂 Its such a stress free environment to learn in, I’m so grateful!
