Good training program for kids. There’s a summer camp where kids can work on a handful of songs for a week and perform them at the end at a local bar. It’s worth it!!!
Great program! As a student here, I can say that I have made so much progress since when I started. The Performance program is lots of fun, and as a house band member I’ve gotten great opportunities to play at cool venues and events. 5/5 recommend!
Great staff and great place to start your musical journey or take it to next level. Our son loved the individual lessons – keyboard and performing in a band in Rock101 program. Perhaps importantly, he is and remains excited to continue his musical journey, which I think is critical for kids.
Horrible pay for employees. Horrible treatment of employees. Horrible retention rate. It’s all about the money not about whats best for the students. Promised new facility for quite some time hasn’t happened. Manager is rude. Higher ups are rude with no regard or respect.

My daughter has attended this camp for 5 years. It is a great opportunity for her to experience a full day of intensive music/guitar training. The camp has accommodated her varying skill level each year. The guest musicians bring a variety of performing/competition experiences to share. I would highly recommend this camp for any level musician.
My grandson, Phoenix, began attending the GA Music Summer Camp in 2012, when it was originally called NE Georgia Summer Guitar Camp. He continued to attend the camp every year through 2016, at which time he moved out of state. The camp was another way for Phoenix to add to his musicianship as a guitarist and increase his skill level. The ensemble instruction, voice and rhythm classes were of great value to him as well. I had the pleasure of volunteering at the camp the same years that my grandson attended and I still continue to volunteer today. I enjoy working with the children, monitoring them at lunch and breaks and also taking photographs throughout the day to capture the events of the camp. The camp is a great learning experience for all young musicians!!
My daughter attended this camp for several years. She loved it! She loved learning to play guitar in such a fun and organized setting.
