School of Rock is nothing short of amazing! The team of instructors goes above and beyond. They are not only positive, caring, and fun, but also a highly-talented group of musicians, as well. It’s a perfect blend that keeps the learning environment both enriching and enjoyable.

The group aspect of performing and rehearsing the music together, with other bandmates, keeps my child thrilled about learning her music at home, too. The song selections are awesome and recognizable, and every student sounds incredible at the final show, whether they’ve played for months or years. As a parent, I’m delighted to listen to the rock tunes she plays—it’s a refreshing departure from the monotonous practice drills that linger from my own childhood music class experiences!

One aspect that truly stands out is the personalized feedback from the instructors. I appreciate the time they take to provide tips and insights into my daughter’s keyboard work. It adds a thoughtful touch to her learning journey, making each session feel tailored to her progress. My daughter has shown a tremendous amount of growth in her skills and understanding of musical concepts since joining this program.

We have enjoyed both the SoR Madison’s youth and adult programs. The musical instruction is top quality and the instructors are as fun as they are knowledgeable. But what makes SoR Madison really special is the community they have fostered for the kids. My son is so excited to go there for his lessons and band rehearsal as much for the joy and fun of playing music as for the friendships he enjoys there. We hope to be part of the SoR Madison community for many years to come.

The atmosphere is great. The teaching is layedback, comfortable and caters to each individual childs needs. Good roles models!

My son a year ago had never held a drumstick. This past Sunday he was on stage performing with other SoR kids in front of 150 people at a venue that reminded me of college days 😉 It was unbelievable.

His progress over the last 12 months has been obvious and demonstrated.
