my daughter has being in doral conservatory since she was 3 and she loves it! she has learn so much on violin. The staff is great and friendly! I highly recommended it!

They charged me the lessons corresponding to the month of December 2021 and an extra amount of money I was not aware what was it for. I had to wait until they were back in January 2022 to find out they charged the annual registration corresponding to January – December 2022. I expressed them I was surprised they made such charge without notifying me because I needed to hold my kid’s lessons starting in January and if they had told me I would have requested them not to proceed with the charge.
After this I asked them to refund the annual fee as I would pay for it when we were ready to come back. Ownership took 1.5 weeks to get back to me with the response that they WILL NOT refund the annual registration fee corresponding to 2022 that they deliberately decided to charge without any authorization. Let me clarify I got a response after numerous phone calls, text messages, and voice messages. Please note my kid DID NOT take any lessons in 2022.
Ownership have been struggling with administrative staff issues. They have been unable to answer the phones or return calls in a reasonable time frame. However, they have been very diligent changing annual registration fees without notifying the clients. Plus they don’t even provide a monthly payment statement or receipt. That is simply NOT ETHICAL, NOT LEGAL, NOT RIGHT! After this we have decided that my kid will not return to this place. They have now lost a student that has been attending lessons for 2 years already and I am NOT recommending any of my friends to this place. Very sad because my kid’s teacher is beyond excellent!

The staff treat you very respectful as well as the teacher; anyone who has a vocation for the Arts; this is the best academy!
Doral Fine Arts Academy is a great place to learn music, dance and art. The facility is state of an art. Highly professional teachers and Top notch customer service. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
My daughter was in this school for a year for ballet clases. This school is overpriced for the service you receive. Be aware that recital is on the month of June and they make you pay for it in December.
We had some problems with the recital dress it was not the correct size the manager was never present to provide us with information and it was not the teacher’s problem.
We received the dress on Friday and the show was on Saturday.
I called and left a message to the manager for a month and never received a response back.
Something extra : for the recital you have to purchase tickets for BABYs yessss it doesn’t matter if is a newborn.
Mi experiencia tuvo sensaciones encontradas, por un lado el nivel de enseñanza y la profesora me parecieron excelentes, pero mi experiencia con la administracion y direccion de la institución fue muy mala. En mi opinión personal no recomiendo el lugar ni lo volvería a elegir.

School of rock is a wonderful learning environment for young musicians. It provides students a strong sense of community where children feel safe, have positive relationships, and are free to learn and explore. My 8 year old daughter has been there a few years and loves it there. The staff are always very welcoming and supportive of her varied musical interests. We especially love their summer camps, which expose her to new musical instruments and teaches her new skills.
It is a very fun and clean and (mostly) appropriate place for kids to learn rock and most other types of music.
My son has a yr + with school of rock and he loves every min of class and band. I could not be more pleased with this school as it has helped him in so many ways. Sports just wasn’t for him and I could not find what to keep him busy with that’s not video games but guitar has really changed his life. Thank you all for making this an excellent experience for him every class and the concerts are so much fun for the entire family. Keep up the great work.
