A fun way to make new friends and develop musical skills. Highly recommended!
Rock Camp is back, following all CDC guidelines, but turning up tje volume as a decent rock camp should. Helpful instructors, all necessary gear, and a nicely stocked beverage fridge, what’s not to like?

She Rock She Rock’s Women’s Rock Camp was a life-changing experience. Not only did I learn some basics on the drums, I and my camp-created band wrote and performed an original song! I learned music theory, how to shop for gear, and made a whole lot of new friends. My band has stayed together and we are still rockin’! Empowering and so much fun!
I have attended many She Rock camps and events, taught at their programs, and performed in their fundraisers and showcases. This organization is a perfect haven for femme-identified folks to embark on their musical journey free of judgement. With their new “We See You” scholarship as well as their conscious inclusion efforts, She Rock She Rock is a truly accessible opportunity for any women, girls, trans, or non-binary people to begin studying music!
I have been to the Ladies Rock Camp twice now, in 2014 and 2016. Both times were amazing experiences. After the 2016 camp I was invited to join one of the bands that continued on after camp and as a result have found a great outlet for my musical creativity and made some really great friends.
She Rock She Rock is an terrific program that has a great message for young female identified individuals. I highly recommend it.

My son started at the School of Rock in Eden Prairie when he was 8. We moved to the Burnsville location when it opened. He is now 11 and he amazes me every time he plays. School of Rock has the best teachers, show directors and location managers! If your child shows interest in playing an instrument try out School of Rock. By playing with other kids in a band, this will accelerate their skills like you wouldn’t believe. They also get to meet and hang out with kids that are a lot like them.
After my son’s guitar skills started to pass mine I decided to join up for their new adult program. It is fantastic! I haven’t learned this much since I started playing when I was 12. Great program!
