Wonderful music school, great instructors. Miss Leticia and staff have made a space that is creative, happy, and allows kids to thrive.
my kids have learned so much from Miss Leticia and her amazing group of teachers. Not only do they take guitar lessons they also attend her summer camp which is the favorite camp of the summer. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Excellent experience for child ukulele lessons and adult guitar lessons. Miss Leticia cares about her students and makes learning an instrument fun and meaningful. Highly recommend!

I have been learning electric guitar here for 2 years best session of my people here are so nice and helpful
My son (12) plays drums, and my daughter (14) plays guitar. We’ve been going to SoR Natick since late February and they are having a great time.
It is expensive, especially with two kids going at the same time, but if you count the 2.5 hours a week of rehearsal time + the .75 hours a week of instruction time it comes out to about $23/hour ($325 a month divided by ~14 hours/month). Granted they are not playing for the full 2.5 hours of rehearsal time, it’s still a good value if you consider music store lessons are $25-$35 for a *half* hour.
The performance program also encourages the kids to practice more often then when they were taking individual lessons. If you value working as a team as a valuable life skill, but your child is not a team sports kind of kid (or maybe you’re not a team sports kind of parent…) SoR is a great program for them to learn work as a team while building a skill they’ll have for life.
How much fun is this! A terrific path towards learning an instrument…. proving the School of Rock is for all ages (I’m 56)…… my son, 10, inspired me…
Total blast.

My son loves the format, can’t recommend this method enough, he’s very engaged and enthusiastic about going to lessons! The owner Mark and his employees are very nice and accommodating to my son and I. We highly recommend School of Rock Burlington!
Our kids had a blast at School of Rock camp with Mark, Celine, and Hannah. I cannot recommend this method and team enough! our kids had no real music experience and came out of the camp excited to learn more and hone their new skills as music lovers. Thank you!

Great instructors and good program. The playing live aspect is a nice bonus.
The staff is phenomenal with kids. They make sure every kid is comfortable and move at their pace. My 6 year old son does private guitar lessons and also does the rookies class with my 4 year old daughter who is interested in drums. It’s only been a month and I love listening to both kids talk about what they’ve learned. Their love for making music has grown tremendously. I drive 45 minutes every week just to go to the School of Rock and it’s definitely worth it!
West Hartford School of Rock is absolutely phenomenal! The confidence that they build is simply astounding. My son went from a kid who was too shy to raise his hand in class, to a kid who got up on stage in front of a 100+ crowd and not only played the guitar, but did vocals on a number of songs. The teachers make the lessons fun and build the kids up with confidence and a love of learning their instrument.

School of Rock Norwood has been an excellent outlet for our son. It has provided a supportive and creative environment for him to learn and perform! He has been at School of Rock for almost 2 years and we’re excited with the new, positive changes.
School of Rock has become a huge part of my son’s life. He loves that he’s found others that share his passion for music. In addition to participating in lessons, performance group and house band, he and some of his SOR friends have formed their own band.
The School of Rock in Norwood is helping to fulfill an old guitar player’s desire to get back what what was lost decades ago. They listen to what your needs are and are not shy about suggesting different paths to get you where you want to be. I couldn’t be happier with the lessons I’ve received. The enthusiasm and positive reinforcement I get from the instructors will keep me coming back. My retirement years just around the corner will be absolutely epic. So, all you elder players out there that want to dust off your axes, keyboards, drums or whatever – this is the place that can make it happen for you. If we get enough older folks involved we will be able to perform together and show the youngsters out there what started everything they are now working on!!
Update Sept 2023: The Norwood School of Rock fell apart in Spring 2023 due to actions of the owners. Big staff and leadership turnover. They are currently trying to get back on their feet. I ended up leaving due to the culture shock.
Original review: I am learning drums and am part of the adult rock band group at School of Rock Norwood. Combining the lesson with the group is a great way to stay motivated. The group is chill and accepting of all of its members. The staff are zany, super smart, and talented. They get you playing, giving just enough theory and exercises to get you good enough to play, mixed with lots of playing real songs from day 1. Thanks for making my day, School of Rock Norwood!

Beautiful campus
Super cool place, the entire campus is gigantic,I went last weekend so see Beauty and the Beast be performed here and it was super good! Things are just quite expensive there though.
Its my dream….
AA a
Has a social engineering “diversity” class. That is a hostile environment where free speech is not allowed.
0/10 would not recommend, found a hard sock under my pillow. I don’t even go to this college

God bless Bucks Rock camp!!!! 🙂
Our son and daughter attended Buck’s Rock for the first time this past summer. They did the intro 2-week camp which is a great way to begin a sleep away experience. Noah and Scott are so warm and inviting and make you feel like family. The kids wanted to stay all summer long! The campus is sprawling and beautiful. Buck’s Rock is a singular camp experience. Your child has access to so many creative outlets in one place – I believe there are 36 different shops! Noah has sustained a remarkable oasis, where everyone is created equally and each person is able to tap into their own unique talents and build from any new curiosities. Empathetic, independent, confident kids are the result. Thank you Buck’s Rock!
My ten year old son was a first time camper this year. He attended with the goal of learning to play a few short targeted songs on a glockenspiel. The staff was aware of this, and accomplished this goal and so much more. He learned to play music by Vivaldi, to blow glass, to make a model and cast it in metal, to work with wood and to digitally edit photographgs. He had a wonderful time and wants to return next year; bringing the rest of the family. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Going to like this Camp is amazing you can do glass blowing radio batik sewing and other stuff like so many other things the only thing that I don’t like about this Camp are the cits and the counselors there’s just too much for me to haddle yhis Camp would have been a five but the cits and the counselors.
No loyalty to their staff.
Would not recommend.
They did not refund camp tuition despite camp being cancelled in 2020. I have fought with Arch insurance for 8 months to only be reimbursed for 75% of my daughters tuition despite having medical documentation for cancelling her camp.
Buck’s Rock knew camp would be cancelled due to Covid. They encouraged families to purchase the premium insurance at $400 so they wouldn’t have to refund the money and then tuition wasn’t fully reimbursed. They were happy to collect the tuition money and keep it despite camp being cancelled.
I have paid for camp and the service wasn’t provided.
They burnt me with a hot glue gun and now I have permanent injuries.
